The founder and driving force of Mixology International is Zander Lauritzen Hansen, who established the company in 2016. Zander Lauritzen Hansen has 20 years of experience in the industry and thus a vast international network.
Zander is the man behind the brands Scandic Bar® and Shake&Co.® and the father of ‘Mocktails’ in Denmark among many other things.
WHO ARE WE?
Mixology International is one of the leading consulting companies in the Nordics within hospitality whose primary mission is to support and promote the hospitality industry globally. With roots in Danish soil, we have great affection for Danish companies, but with an international outlook we have experience in supporting all European companies in the industry.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We support European spirit and beverage companies; mixers, producers, distributors, hotels, restaurants and bars etc. who want to gain international visibility, meet foreign buyers and are looking for consultancy in business development, export strategies, branding etc. We promote companies on international fairs and conferences organizing joint export promotions, as well as organizing competitions and creating synergies for the industry on a higher level.
