This notice explains how we handle personal data on mixology.nu. We only collect what we need to run the site and respond to enquiries, in line with the GDPR.

What we collect and why

• Contact enquiries — when you use the contact form we store your name, company, email, country, selected topic and message so we can answer you. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Work-with-us / programme applications — the enquiry form may additionally store your role, area of interest, phone, website, timeline, budget indication and any file you choose to attach, so we can assess and follow up on your request. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to a possible agreement.
• Newsletter — we store your email address and the page you signed up from, solely to send the newsletter you asked for. Legal basis: your consent.
• Cookies and consent — your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser so we don't have to ask again on every visit.

Cookies

Necessary cookies and local storage are always on — the site cannot work without them. Any analytics or marketing categories only run if you allow them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:

Storage and processors

Form submissions and newsletter signups are stored in our hosted database and file-storage backend, and the website itself is served by our hosting provider. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and only process data to deliver the service. We do not sell your data.

We keep enquiries and signups for as long as they are relevant to the conversation or the newsletter you subscribed to, and delete them when you ask us to.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw a consent you have given at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out).

We do not currently run an automated unsubscribe link. To be removed from the newsletter, or to exercise any of the rights above, write to info@mixology.nu and we will action it.

Complaints

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly you can contact us first — and you always have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
