It depends entirely on scope. Some projects are a single activation or trade fair presence, others are ongoing export work over a longer period. We look at your ambition and situation first, then put a concrete budget in writing.

How long does an export project usually take?

That varies by market, product and how ready the brand is. Trade fair participation follows the fair calendar; building presence in a new market takes longer. We agree on a realistic timeline together before we start.

Which markets do you cover?

The Nordics are our home market. Internationally we have documented work through ProWein Düsseldorf, Bar Convent Berlin and FHA Singapore, and we handle additional markets project by project with relevant trade organisations and local partners. See our Markets page.

Depending on the brief: market and trade fair preparation, partner and distributor matchmaking, brand and activation work, bartender-facing programmes, events and competitions, plus content and trade communication.

Do you work with bartenders on brand projects?

Yes. We work with bartenders on competitions, masterclasses, brand activations and editorial coverage. Terms depend on the individual project and are agreed case by case.

Do masterclasses cost anything?

It depends on the format and who hosts it. Any cost is stated when the specific session is announced.

Yes — Freestyle Mixology™ has been our own competition format since 2013, and we work on other competitions and industry events as well.

Some events are trade-only, and we mark those clearly. Our media and public events are open to anyone with an interest in the industry.
